As a print-on-demand based company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect when reported within 7 days of delivery.

Requests received after 7 days or for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) are not eligible.
Eligibility
Eligible for Replacement
- Item arrived damaged in transit
- Item is incorrect (wrong item sent, incorrect design/variant)
- Issue reported within 7 days of delivery with photos
Not Eligible
- Returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
Because products are made on demand, we can’t restock or resell returned items—hence no returns/exchanges.
Request a Replacement
Step-by-Step
- Go to Contact Us.
- Choose subject “Replacement (Damaged/Incorrect)”.
- Include your order #, a short description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- We’ll verify and approve the replacement, then produce and ship a corrected item.
Photos to Include
- Full item photo showing the defect or incorrect print
- Close-up of the issue
- Shipping label & packaging (for transit damage claims)
Shipping & Damages
Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll remake and reship after verification.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or print, we’ll remake and reship the correct product.
Return Labels
We generally do not require returns. If we need an item back for investigation, we’ll provide instructions.
