How It Works
Each wrestler draws one MAT CLASH Base Card. The card determines the starting position, the objective, and the 30 Second Challenge.
30 Seconds
Each wrestler gets one 30-second attempt to complete the task.
Win A Prize
Complete the challenge successfully and win a MAT CLASH prize.
Base Card Challenges
+3 Takedown
Start neutral. Score a takedown within 30 Seconds.
+2 Reversal
Start bottom. Score a reversal within 30 Seconds.
+1 Escape
Start bottom. Escape within 30 Seconds.
+4 Nearfall
Start top. Score nearfall/back points within 30 Seconds.
Pin
Start top. Pin your opponent within 30 Seconds.
+0 Defense
Start neutral. Defend all shots for 30 Seconds without giving up a takedown.
Rules
- One card is drawn per challenge.
- Each wrestler gets one 30-second attempt.
- If both wrestlers complete the challenge, both win prizes.
- If neither wrestler completes the challenge, no prize is awarded.
- Sportsmanship is expected at all times.
- MAT CLASH officials have final decision on all challenges.

Coach Brandon Brunner — a former 3× State Champion at Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee — is the inspiration behind The Scramble King character and the iconic Scramble Card featured in MAT CLASH Wave 2.
