What is MAT CLASH?
MAT CLASH is a wrestling universe — part collectible card game, part custom team gear brand, and part dual team program. Everything we do is built for wrestlers, parents, and coaches who live on the mat.
Who is MAT CLASH for?
Youth and middle school wrestlers, high school wrestlers, parents, and coaches who want fun, competitive, creative wrestling experiences on and off the mat.
Where are you based?
MAT CLASH Wrestling Club and Team MAT CLASH Dual Teams are based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
CARD GAME & WAVES
What is the MAT CLASH card game?
The MAT CLASH card game is a fast, fun wrestling-themed card game where you build decks, battle opponents, and learn real wrestling scoring and mat situations.
What are Waves?
"Waves" are card drops. Each wave includes base cards, specialty cards, character cards, and limited short-print heat. Once a wave is gone, it may not return the same way again.
What are short-print cards?
Short-print cards are printed in much lower quantities and are harder to pull. They’re more collectible and often feature special art or abilities.
Do I need multiple waves to play?
No. Any single wave has everything you need to build decks and start battling. Additional waves give you more strategy options and more collectible heat.
CUSTOM TEAM & CLUB GEAR
How long does custom gear take?
Most custom gear orders take 2–4 weeks from the moment final artwork is approved. Timelines can shift based on season and order volume, so reach out anytime for up-to-date production windows.
Do you offer custom singlets and team gear?
Yes. We design and produce custom singlets, two-pieces, hoodies, joggers, fight shorts, and other wrestling gear for teams and clubs.
How does the custom gear process work?
You send us your colors, mascot, logos, or ideas. We build your mockups, revise as needed, and after you approve the final design, we send an invoice. Once payment is received, production officially begins.
What is the minimum order for custom gear?
The minimum order for custom team gear is 15 total pieces. This can be a mix of:
- 10 singlets + 5 fight shorts
- 8 hoodies + 7 joggers
- Any combination reaching 15+ items

What are Team MAT CLASH Dual Teams?
Competitive travel teams that run from April through October — built for wrestlers who want extra mat time, high-level competition, and a positive culture.
Which teams do you offer?
- K–8 Dual Teams — led by Brandon Brunner
- Girls Dual Team — led by Chase Hodges
- High School Dual Teams — led by Eric Mountain
Do I have to be local?
No — but practices, meetings, and events happen primarily in Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

What are the MAT CLASH Rankings?
The MAT CLASH Rankings are an unofficial system created to highlight standout wrestlers across Tennessee high school wrestling. Rankings are built from match results, community submissions, and performance data throughout the season.
Are the rankings official?
No. They are unofficial and not affiliated with TSSAA.
How do I submit updates?

How often are rankings updated?
Rankings are refreshed throughout the season as new information comes in and results are verified.
