The MAT CLASH Supplemental High School Wrestling Training Cycle is designed for high school wrestlers looking to sharpen their technique, build confidence, and continue improving throughout the season in a positive, faith-centered training environment.

Practice Schedule

• Sunday • 3:00 PM
• Tuesday • 6:00 PM
• Thursday • 6:00 PM

Practice days and times are subject to change.

What Happens Next?

1. Complete your registration.
2. Check your order confirmation email.
3. Arrive 15–20 minutes before your first practice.
4. Bring wrestling shoes (if you have them), athletic clothing, and a water bottle.
5. Meet the coaching staff and get ready to work.
