We use Cookies to power and improve the Site and Services, remember your actions and preferences, run analytics, and understand how people interact with the Services. This supports our legitimate interests in administering, improving, and optimizing the Services.

We may also allow third parties and service providers to use Cookies to tailor services, products, and advertising on our Site and other websites.

Most browsers accept Cookies automatically. You can adjust your browser settings to remove or reject them. Removing or blocking Cookies may negatively affect your experience and cause certain features to become unavailable or stop working correctly. Blocking Cookies may not completely prevent information sharing with third parties, including advertising partners.

  • To affiliates or within our corporate group to support our legitimate interests in operating our business.

  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger or bankruptcy; to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, search warrants, or similar requests; to enforce applicable terms; or to protect the Services and the rights of our business, users, or others.

User-Generated Content

The Services may allow you to post product reviews or other user-generated content. Content submitted to public areas is public and accessible to others.

We do not control who accesses information you make publicly available and cannot ensure that others will respect its privacy or security. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of publicly shared information or for the accuracy, use, or misuse of information you disclose to or receive from third parties.

Third-Party Websites and Links

Our Site may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to websites we do not control, review their privacy policies, security policies, and terms.

Children’s Data and Youth Registration

Our online store is intended for adult purchasers. Registration for a minor athlete must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

When a parent or guardian registers a minor for the Training Center, we collect the athlete information provided in the registration form, including their name, date of birth, experience level, age group, and wrestling membership details. We also collect parent or guardian contact information, emergency contact information, and the signed participation agreement and acknowledgments.

We use this information to administer registration, verify participation requirements, communicate with families, coordinate practices, and support athlete safety. Registration information and signed agreements are submitted to MAT CLASH by email.

Please provide medical restrictions, allergies, or other sensitive health information privately to the coaching staff rather than entering it in the online registration form.

Parents and legal guardians may contact matclashwrestling@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s registration information. Requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and Retention of Your Information

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee complete security. Information sent to us may not be secure while in transit. Please do not use unsecured channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information.

How long we retain personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable contracts and policies.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and may be subject to exceptions permitted by law.

  • Access or knowledge: Request access to personal information we hold about you, including details about how we use and share it.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Portability: Request a copy of your personal information or its transfer to a third party, where applicable.

  • Restriction of processing: Ask us to stop or restrict processing.

  • Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent where processing relies on your consent.

  • Appeal: Appeal a decision declining your request by replying directly to our response.

  • Communication preferences: Opt out of promotional emails through the unsubscribe link included in those emails. We may still send non-promotional communications about your account, orders, or other transactions.

You may exercise these rights through options available on the Site or by contacting us using the details below.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need information to verify your identity, such as your email address or account details, before responding substantively.

Where applicable law permits, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how we process personal information, contact us using the details below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our response or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Users

We may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Our staff, service providers, and partners may also process information in those countries.

When transferring personal information out of Europe, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by the relevant UK authority, unless the destination country has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
