The MAT CLASH AAU Wrestling Training Cycle is designed for youth and middle school wrestlers of all experience levels. Whether your athlete is stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing for competition, our experienced coaching staff is committed to helping every wrestler grow in skill, character, and confidence.

• Sunday • 3:00 PM
• Tuesday • 6:00 PM
• Thursday • 6:00 PM

What Happens Next?

1. Complete your registration.
2. Check your order confirmation email.
3. Arrive 15–20 minutes before your first practice.
4. Bring wrestling shoes (if you have them), athletic clothing, and a water bottle.
5. Meet the coaching staff and get ready to work.
