Not ready to commit to a full training cycle? Come experience a MAT CLASH practice.

Our Drop-In Practice option allows wrestlers to join a scheduled practice, meet our coaching staff, and experience the MAT CLASH Training Center before registering for a full training cycle.

Whether you're visiting from out of town, trying wrestling for the first time, or simply looking for an extra practice, we'd love to have you on the mat.

What Happens Next?

1. Complete your registration.
2. Check your order confirmation email.
3. Arrive 15–20 minutes before your first practice.
4. Bring wrestling shoes (if you have them), athletic clothing, and a water bottle.
5. Meet the coaching staff and get ready to work.
